Normal SEM은 tabletop SEM 대비 고성능 렌즈를 사용하여 5만배 이상의 고배율 관찰에 더 유리하고 대용량 챔버를 사용하여 큰 시료를 탑재할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 FE-SEM 과 비교하여 합리적인 가격으로 구비할 수 있는 SEM 입니다.
